I used to have insta ink, but somehow it stopped sending me ink. I purchased a color and a black cartridge and put it in my HP4650 printer and now it won't print in color. What can I do? Thanks.

I understand that your printer is not printing in color, I am glad to assist you.

  • Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
  • Did you make a copy and check if those copies are fine?

Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present. Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them. Restart your computer. Now click HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads and install the printer drivers.
