I need help with my bill because I can’t pay it and I need my service time because I attend school I need to be able to apply for another financial hardship just for this month until next month and I’ll be fine because I need to be able to change my payment date this is the reason why it’s not getting paid I told the person I spoke to on the phone this last time I need my payment date to be changed back to the beginning of the month like it used to be because I only get one check a month and that’s when I get it by the end of the month I’m broke I have no money and this is when I keep getting today you guys shut me off you won’t let me use my in cartridges now for instant neck I think that this is really really really bad  all right I don’t know how many times I’ve always paid my bill look look at it look at all of my past bills when have I ever been turned off or suspended account I’ve never had a suspended account I’ve always paid my account on time on auto deduct so why can’t I get a a one time customer friggin break on this  OK you have to understand that I used to pay the beginning of the month and when I changed over for an upgrade it changed me to the end of the month for payments and I told several people this last time I cannot pay at the end of the month I have no money at the end of the month I have money at the first of the month  please I need to apply for a financial hardship to get my services put back on until the first of the month until I can pay you and I need someone to change my billing date to the first of the month like it used to be I used to pay around I think it was the seventh of every month  today is what the 24th of the month yeah I don’t have any money the 24th of every month I will have money day seventh of every month so if we can put everything back the way we had it that would be great in the meantime please put my services back on until the first of the month and you will get your payment  I want to hear from somebody please ASAP like I said look over my account I’ve been a very very good customer you’ve gotten a lot of money for me thank you sincerely Stacey montello

The rules for missed payments are pretty strict, but I would suggest you contact HP Instant Ink Support at the number listed just after the address in the terms of service document here:  https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/terms  You will probably need to wait until Monday morning, I doubt the number is staffed on Sunday.
