My printer tells me it is unable to communicate with ink - both - states offline when I have definitely put online, and the printer confirms online - I have run all the recommended fixes to no avail - final recommendations from HELP support is replace cartridges - such a long time since I received any - I have tried to find how and where I can ask for the replacements to no avail - even tried whatsapp but gave up after waiting such a long time
