My instant ink account is suspended. The error said I needed to update my payment method. I have updated it twice, and verified my email address. I even received an email from HP thanking me for updating my payment method. However, I still can't print and my account still says "Suspended". The virtual assistant is useless. I'm going on a week without being able to print.
