I have an HP Office Jet 8210 printer. The printer will not print. After trouble shooting through various fixes, I looked at my account and realized I needed to update my credit card information. I did that and the new info does show. The printer still will not print. Everything else is working properly, internet connection, printer head, everything.

Hi @dl99,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The time it takes for HP to reinstate your Instant Ink account after updating your credit card information can vary. Typically, it should be reactivated relatively quickly, often within a few hours to a day. However, the exact timing may depend on several factors, including their processing time, the specific terms and conditions of your Instant Ink subscription, and any potential issues that might arise during the update.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
