My printer is not working. I have logged in to my HP account and it is saying that “This printer is enrolled to another Instant Ink account and can't be enrolled yet”

 

but this has not been linked to any one else but me I cannot print anything can you please sort this out? And enrol this printer back to my account please.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. It sounds frustrating! Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Check Your HP Instant Ink Account:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account and verify the status of your subscription. Ensure it is active and there are no payment issues. 

Reset Your Printer:

  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and wait for about 60 seconds before plugging it back in. This can sometimes reset the printer and resolve account-related issues. 

Enable Web Services:

  • Make sure that web services are enabled on your printer. This can be done through the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
