I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are trying to claim your promotional free months.

 

To claim the free months, you will first have to enroll the printer in instant ink and complete the setup. The months will be added automatically during sign-up.

 

If you are unable to claim the months, please provide the below details.

 

  1. Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
  2. Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
