Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7221e All-in-One Printer

For some days I have not been able  to get my HP Envy Inspire to work.  I have replaced my Instant Ink cartridges and have no more.

I see there is an issue with the HP printer. Could you please elaborate for a better understanding?

May I know if you can print it? Could you please explain and we will try our best to help you. 

May I know what is the issue with the printer? Is it powering on? Is there any error code, please share the error code?
