I have been having this issue for months now. My printer has run out of color ink. It shows in settings that the ink would be shipped automatically but so far the ink has not arrived yet even though it says it has no color ink. How can i get color ink.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
