My printer keeps displaying an error message about the ink cartridge

My printer keeps displaying an error message about the ink cartridge and will not print. I have followed steps prompted by the printer to fix the issue and it has not worked. I also found a forum having the same issue and the steps did not help either. I have checked and the printer has no updates needed and is up to date. I think it needs a new ink cartridge because it says that there is still ink in it when I check the levels but it does not register after so it wont print. It is the color ink cartridge.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
And is your printer enrolled on Instant Ink?

A HP member of staff contacted me in private after tagging myself with the same post and ordered a new ink cartridge for me. It’s all confirmed in email that it’s ordered and should arrive shortly. Make sure is genuine PH member of staff before you send your information by checking if it’s got the HP LOGO attached next to its name. Hope that helps. Good luck !

I have exactly the same problem, how do you get hold of some one to send some more colour bloody ink as the catridge must have a fault. 😞
HP please contact me?
i have invoicing to get on with and this might be launched out the window and instant ink cancelled.

Is your printer enrolled on Instant Ink?
Which ink cartridge gives you error color or the black?
Have you tried replacing the ink cartridges?

The printer Ink is now working, the printer can now not connect to the web services
is there any way you can private message me to resolve this, I understand this is in the incorrect forum
