Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer keeps displaying an error message about the ink cartridge. I've been over and over the suggestions... I've re-fitted and re-fitted the cartridge... and it still gives that message. It seems I need a new black cartridge, and only a colour one is on the way. Yes, I have Instant Ink.
