My printer will not connect to the server

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer is saying that it can not connect to web services. I have tried almost everything. It is connected to the internet. Someone said to print the network configuration page out, but I am out of black ink and instant ink will not work unless the printer is connected to the server. I am stuck in an endless circle where I get billed every month for not using my printer that will not connect. Please help... I just want to print my essays at home.

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue, so that they can take a remote access and fix this.
