UPDATE: I completely bombed this and i just realized I do have the wrong ink cartridge. Will be going now to buy the correct number and hope the problem resolves. 

 

I really need to print some important papers this weekend and your stupid instant ink is messing with my printer. my last ink delivery was in 2021 and now my ink is old and not printing. I bought a store HP black 65 and it's saying it is incompatible. I just canceled my subscription and it's still not accepting the cartridge. I have wasted my money and now I can't even use my own **bleep** equipment. Please help me here.
