I have run out of yellow ink, My account says that I should have one to install that they sent me back in October. This cartridge is the one that is currently in my printer and has run out. 

I've tried the virtual assistant and its sent me to whatsapp (no response from there) so thought I would try here.

I'm sure you used to be able to get the virtual assistant to send replacement inks but it appears that functionality has been removed. 

Any ideas how I get HP to send me a replacement yellow ink?
