Printer is not printing appropriately, went through all the troubleshooting and steps to re-align the cartridges, and it is still not working. Went online to get support, and it says my warranty is expired, however I have my proof of purchase that shows it is still within the warranty. When I went to dispute the warranty, I have tried 3 times and there is always an "Error 500" and it won't send in the claim.
This is ridiculous, I cannot get a hold of an agent to file the warranty dispute and get my computer tech support/repair/replacement needed to own a working printer. Only used it a couple of handfuls of times before it stopped working.
