I am subscribed to HP Instant Ink, for the these weeks, I have been offten unable to print with my HP Officejet5740 displaying the error "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed".
I've read through the very long HP support page on the issue and tried everything it has said, I have reseted the printer, cleaned and reinstalled the cartridge many times, but I am still getting the error. I have bought a new colour cartridge which wasn't Instant Ink to instead of the old one, the issued would be gone, so I think I need you ship me a new replacement colour cartridge for the printer.
