*** UPDATE***

I figured out how to update my EMAIL addy on my profile, BUT I STILL can’t figure out how to change/update my “username” that is still my old email address. 
Does anyone out there know how to change THIS PART of my profile?

I signed up a long time ago under my old email address and I now need to use my primary email address to make sure I get any & all notification from HP. I can’t seem to find out HOW to change my email ANYWHERE in my HP account. Nor can I find ANY “regular account” customer support for anything that’s not specific to printers! 
I hope someone out there can help me change this.
