Hello i am having issues connecting/ registering my HP instant ink. I had this setup initially however have moved home and tried resetting connection but it won't allow. Can you please assist - see printer details attached

We understand you are having trouble reconnecting your printer to HP Instant Ink after moving to a new home, and we are here to help.
 

We noticed that the printer details in the image you shared are not clear enough for us to verify. To assist you further, could you please provide the following details again in text format:

  • Printer model name 
  • Printer serial number (found on the back or bottom of the printer), share it in private
  • Your Instant Ink account email address, share it in private

Once we have this information, we will be able to check your account status and guide you with the proper steps to restore connectivity and complete the Instant Ink setup.
