I recently ran out of ink in the middle of a big project. Instant ink tracking shows that new ink is on the way, but I am now behind on my project because I am at a standstill waiting for it. In my line of work, I need to have ink readily on hand. I need an extra set of ink to be sent to me so I have a set on standby, so that this doesn't happen to me again. The only option I have to contact HP about this issue is a virtual chat, which is so unhelpful,  or calling them, which is hard to do with my work schedule. What can I do to request an extra set of ink?
