The Yellow instant ink I got sometime last year was leaking. Thankfully I had a regular cartridge from a multipack I bought before signing up for Instant Ink. I put in the regular cartridge, but it's now really low and it's almost time to replace it.How do I get HP to send me a replacement for the faulty cartridge? I've called and been on hold forever, tried the virtual chat but the bot couldn't understand the issue, and clicked from support page to support page to no avail.
I almost want to cancel at this point.
I also never got a black ink replacement when the instant ink ran out, so I had to use the regular black I had.
Can anyone please help?

Figured it out. In an earlier email I got encouraging me to install my Instant Ink, there was info on asking for more ink. You have to go to the virtual help and type "I need ink". Just that. Nothing else I'd typed before had worked. So it seems that's the exact phrase you MUST use. Go figure. I did.
