Hi @NEIOKA,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you need to change the payment method for your HP Instant Ink subscription. You can follow these steps:

For Home / Home Office Instant Ink:

Sign in to your Instant Ink account: Visit the Instant Ink account page and log in.

Navigate to Billing settings: On the left menu, click on "Account," then select "Billing" or "Shipping & Billing."

Manage Payment Method: Click on "Manage your payment method."

Update Payment Information:

  • For Credit/Debit cards: Enter the card number, CVV, and expiration date, even if only the expiration date has changed.

  • For Direct Debit: Re-enter your IBAN number, even if it has not changed, and confirm other payment details.

  • For PayPal: Follow the on-screen instructions to link your PayPal account. Note that for Home / Home Office users, PayPal can be used only after printer setup.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
