Need to update my credic card number. Cannot find anyway to get to my account. Server is down

Received email saying I cannot get Instant Ink because the Card on file does not work. I had to cancel my card and now have a new one but cannot find anyway to get in and change the card number.  The HP email received had:   Log in at [content removed]. but it would not work. How can I update my card number?
