I have an HP Instant Ink account at work, with my work email address and the App is on my phone. I now want to set up my personal HP printer into Instant Ink. When I try to set it up, I am asked if I want to add that printer to my account or to replace the existing one. I want to do neither, as I need to keep them completely separate. However, as the App can only be on my phone once and it recognises I have an account I seem to be stuck and can’t set it up totally separately.  Can anyone help?

Hi, that's not really what I meant, but I've since spoken to one of the help team and he has sorted my out, showing me how to set up a separate account for my personal printer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Unfortunately, one Printer can have only one account.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
