Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brought a new Envy 5020 and on the box it states 3 month trial included for instant ink. When I subscribed it added the 2 x 1 month instant ink codes (refer a friend and 1 month free) but did not add the 3 month trial?

 

How can I claim the 3 month trial as stated on the box?

Kindly send us a picture of the 3 free months offer mentioned on the printer box to assist you better.

Also, check if you have received any coupons inside the box with a code for the same.

Can you please do the same for me? I am having the same issue - I have all the labels etc ready to send you.

There was no coupon in the box, just a label on the outside, and i can also send you a screen shot of the website I bought it from detailing the promotion.
