New ink and if I push print with black ink it prints red.

What media type are the driver settings?  It sounds like your printer is using color ink to print black.  This would be the case if you have glossy photo paper selected in the driver settings (or automatically detected, depending on your printer model).  If your cyan is not printing properly black areas would print as red.  (Red = MAgenta + Yellow.  On Photo paper Black would be printed as Cyan + Magentaa + yellow.
