I have tried to install a new colour cartridge from Instant Ink but keep getting error messages. Re-installed old cartridge and that works. Virtual assistant states that my printer does not exist. Help required!

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
