Hi,
I see this has happened for a number of users.
We have a new HP ENVY Inspire 7920e
Please can you assist. We have an HP cartridge through Instant INK. When I switch of the wifi to the printer the error says it "cannot recognise" the cartridge. If I switch the wifi on it shows validating for ever.
I have had to remove the colour cartridge and only print in black and white.
Do you have any suggestions ?

PS: I have reset the printer as per instructions
