I bought extra ink cartridges as well for my new printer. I am printing out a bunch for school work during the holiday break for my kids. It been a week and the new cartridges have not arrived so I put in the ones I bought. And all the pages I print are going against me. There is nothing in the help section about this type of problem and no way to contact customer support. That is a huge deal to me which will make me cancel my subscription.

  1. May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  2. What is the exact error you are receiving?
