Dear all-
my instant ink spilled the ink in my printer and on my houses floor. It got obviously damaged on the way to my house.
I was hoping the printer recognised the damaged cartridge and HP would send a new one. Unfortunately that did not happen since 5 months. I bought a regular cartridge for GBP 49,95 besides my existing subscription.
is it possible to get a new replacement cartridge? My printer is online but a regular cartridge is installed.
thank you!

Hi @RogerCastle
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
- Are you able to print using the HP regular ink cartridge?
- Was the Instant Ink cartridge damaged when you opened it from its packaging?
- Is it the black or the tricolor ink cartridge which is damaged?
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
I am sending you a private message with the information required.
