Install new instant ink tricolor cartridge#62 I received and mail from instant ink subscription. After printing less than 10 images were red or yellow or blue. Printer menu send to replace cartridge. Contact and support and no resolution. Unplug printer for several minutes no resolution. Cleaned cartridges and aligned and clean smears. Did deep clean (3rd Install new instant ink tricolor cartridge#62 I received and mail from instant ink subscription. After printing less than 10 images were red or yellow or blue. Printer menu send to replace cartridge. Contact and support and no resolution. Unplug printer for several minutes no resolution. Cleaned cartridges and aligned and clean smears. Did deep clean all three levels of cleaning. Not sure if this is a default cartridge that does not have ink? Printer is out of warranty. Would just like to have a replacement of that cartridge. Enrolled in HP instant ink at $18.99 a month since I print so much being a teacher. I have not had any issues until now and there is no number to call and speak with a person. The virtual chat is great for a lot of topics but doesn't help with this issue. Pictures attached are printouts that have been marked out for security. Border is supposed to be black.
