Recently received the new HP 62 colour cartridge and successfully installed so I got rid of the old cartridge. Since then printer just starts with 'Ink Cartridge Problem' blocking any printing. Tried all of the HP support & Instant Ink virtual agents and help suggestions for cleaning contacts several time, resetting printer, etc.

Its working out cheaper to buy a new printer to be honest than find a way of ordering a replacement warranty cartridge.

How do I get a cartridge replaced under warranty?
