2710

Hi,

I recently bought a HP2710 printer a couple of weeks ago. I am out of ink and would like to enrol in the instant programme. On the app it says I can get a month free unto 700 pages and then continue on the £1.99 plan I would like.

I have tried pressing the "I" and "X" button as instructed to print but there is not enough ink and I get blank pages. Any other instructions I have read from HP tell me to look at the eprint but my printer does not have this.

Can you advise how I can get my code to allow me to continue enrolment to insta ink?

Thanks in advance

You cannot enroll as long as you do not have the claim code, and you cant print the claim code if there is no ink. For now, purchase one ink cartridge and get the claim code. You can use the printer in single-cartridge mode until the Instant Ink arrives 🙂

Once you have the claim code, you can enroll the printer!

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
