So not only have HP fobbed me off after sending ink that doesn’t work in my printer now they want me to pay out extra money taking my brand new printer to a service center, fuming is an understatement, thanx hp for absolutely no help.

The printer is a hp envy 6120e all in one printer, the cartridges that were sent do fit it but the contecters r different and my printer just says missing ink IMG_3885.jpeg
