Microsoft Windows 11

We had a business and was on the Instant Ink program for many years.  We retired and moved from Colorado to Arkansas in March of 2025. With the move and starting retirement, we didn't think to change the subscription, however, when reviewing our bank account recently we saw the subscription still being taken out of our account.

It turns out that HP has not shipped any product to us since OCTOBER 2024!!!!!  So, they have collected over $577.50 from us without sending us anything.  With their technologies, you would think they might monitor and suggest to the "valued customers" that perhaps their subscription wasn't proper for them.  Or even ask the customer about usage.  No - that didn't happen.

I contacted support today and was told I was not eligible for any type of refund, and that I should have changed my subscription earlier.  We even had over 1,000 pages rolled over, but  I'm sure the next time we print, they will have turned off the ink and we'll have to go buy a different cartridge.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of the scam of Instant Ink and just know that HP cares nothing for their customer or if they ever get any product.
