Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Unknown

I need a color ink cartridge from the Instant Ink program I'm enrolled in and one hasn't arrived. Last time I received one was in 2017! I don't print in color too often so it's not been an issue until now. I've run out! I've tried the virtual agent option three weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. How can I get my cartridges sent to me that I am needing?

I would suggest you go to the virtual agent and type "Where's my ink"?  This will lead you through some troubleshooting, and at some point will give an option to have ink shipped or contact a live agent if needed.
