@Lennart48 If other users have exactly the same issue as you do and have done everything as you've done so far, they will need to contact HP support too,
Perhaps, you can contact the HP Instant Ink phone support team for further support:
Click here for details > On the Instant Ink homepage, you should have 3 options for Sweden account to the language.
