Hi @Steggs2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you no longer have an HP printer and would like to cancel your HP Instant Ink service, you can do so from your Instant Ink account:

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account: HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site.
  2. Click HP Instant Ink in the left menu.
  3. Select My Plan.
  4. Click Cancel Enrollment.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation.

HP provides the detailed steps here: HP Instant Ink account subscription, billing, and cancellation | HP® Support

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Once the service is cancelled, any HP Instant Ink cartridges associated with the subscription will eventually stop working.
  • If you continue using an HP printer in the future, you'll need to install regular HP ink cartridges or enroll in a new Instant Ink plan.

If you have any trouble accessing the account or completing the cancellation, please let us know what happens, and we'll be happy to help further.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
