No option for 2 months free ink on subscription

Hi,

 

There was a promotion for 2 months free ink but there was no indication where to apply for this option.

The free months will be auto-credited to your Instant Ink account, once you have enrolled the printer in Instant Ink.

To know how to enroll the printer, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

If you do not see the 2 free months credited in your account, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
