I did not use printer so much, but I paid monthly for paper and ink, so I have canceled my subscription.

After I did cancel it, I am not able to prink! WOW! What a monopoly or how I would say it.

I am not even able to make a change on my account, but as soon as I changed billing, I was charge right $1.

I am still not able to print one page!

What is going on with HP as a company! It is simply lawful operation.

Easier never buy HP again. I have computer HP and printer, but I will run away from this bread.

I used this instant ink program over quite a few months and found that it didn't fit our operation, so I cancelled.  Came to find that I cannot now print using the cartridges sent to me.  Now I'm unable to use my printer until new cartridges arrive that aren't stamped "instant ink."   HP, you just lost a loyal HP printer user for life.  What a complete scam!!
