Bonjour, 

j’ai un prélèvement custodian worldpay, rassurez moi, c’est bien un prélèvement de instant Ink 4,99€ ? 
Si c’est bien cela, merci de prévenir à l’avenir pour ce genre de changement.

Hi RodrigoB,

I just can't believe that a company like HP is not able to translate a message in French! 

There are several people here asking for the same thing: the monthly payments to your company  have been so far withdrawn from our bank account under the name of HP Inc Instant Ink FR.

A similar amount was withdrawn this month (January 2021) but the name of Worldpay appears instead. Does this withdrawal concern your company? If it does not, please let us know ASAP so that we can block it straight away.

However, if this withdrawal does come from your company, HP should have informed us beforehand.

Without information by tomorrow, the payment will be rejected.
