Firmware version MANHTNPP1N002.2546A.00

 

Just went to print something. Printer won't print - showing "Non HP Chip detected". I only use the cartridges supplied by HP through YOUR instant ink program.  Tried resetting printer, reseating cartridge, but does not work. What is the solution?

Found the solution - junk the printer. Bought a competitor's (brother) laser printer as a replacement. No more HP for me.

I am sorry for the ongoing issue.

Understood—fresh start with a Brother laser, smooth pages and crisp prints ahead.
