Afternoon. I appreciate that this is something that I ought to be sharing directly with a HP agent, but I am struggling to do this and as a last resort thought that this might be something that other community members may have encountered and successfully resolved. I ran out of coloured ink some while ago and as I had an HP (non instant ink) replacement  I used that, not appreciating that the non-instant ink cartridge wouldn't give feedback about my ink level and therefore effectively prevent a  replacement being shipped out.  I have now been without coloured ink for some months. I would be very grateful if somebody from HP could contact me to resolve this issue?

I understand you have not received a replacement ink cartridge from the instant ink service team.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
