As usual I cannot find the right thread to post in.
I received an email with regards to Second Notice Billing Update needed.
I have already emailed them on the 4th April at 6.58 PM to advise them that my credit card is on hold because of Identity Theft on the internet.
I had to put my credit card on hold and the bank is issuing another one which I should receive later this week.
As soon as it arrives I will update my account but cannot do that until the card arrives.
Could someone with some knowledge let them know of this thread as they never replied to my email.
I cannot do anything more about it until this arrives.
