My older Hp 5020 does not respond to Instant Ink properly for 2 years unless I create a new user?! I have been charged monthly for 2 years even though I can't print or order ink and of course the online BOT can't sort this.The only way to stop charges is to cancel. I have had zero response from support.
However, I have deadlines and need to print. So buy buy another brand?
It's a waste of a printer!!
