HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer
Android 8.0 Oreo and older

I Bought a pre-owned hp printer HpDeskJet 2734 e. But I could not print because, I have not enrolled in Hp instant ink subscription. When I tried to enroll I could not see this printer in the profile, so the last step of the subscription failed.

I have tried multiple time restoring factory defaults and restoring the network settings. In Hp+ account activation step of printer setup I get Error code : UA_400_EB000U0410 consistently. Also I contacted the previous owner and asked them to unlink this printer from their account, which they did I hope.

But Still this printer setup is failing. Need a permanent solution for this, contacting the chat support didn't help much either.
