Hi, 
I quit instant ink service as I print to less that it's economic to me. 
As I have to change the cartridges tomorrow and send the old ones back I need to order new recycling bags.
I am located in Germany if this is somehow important.
So I logged in to that "HP Planet Partners" page and tried to order a recycling bag for 4 cartridges but the "next" button is disabled. I already tried all possible amounts of cartridges and also tried different products to order any shipment supply but the button stays disabled.
There is a notification displayed to not use old bags as the delivery address has changed. (nice if it would work - lol)
Support line is not available till Monday morning.
Any advice how to order such a  bag another way or does anyone know when the supply support is back on?
