I log into instant ink on either Chrome or Edge and I go to the update plans link but it just eventually comes back with System error try again. Have tried it over a couple of days and I'm not able to get into the update plans, see payment history. I even tried it with an inprivate window and I still get the same error message. I've cleared cookies but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi most of the printers on the account are Envy 5010 A-I-O, I'm not accessing the details from the printers but from my HP smart account on my PC. The page just shows the loading circle in both Edge and Chrome and then comes up with a Stop image. Its been like this for days and I can't see anything on the account and I'm not able to update plans etc.

Hi @qwerthjty,
Thank you for the response.
Try these steps:
Ensure Browser Compatibility:
Make sure you are using a supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. You have already tried Chrome and Edge, which are supported, so consider ensuring these browsers are up-to-date.
Clear Cache and Cookies:
Although you've cleared cookies, try clearing your browser's cache as well. This can sometimes resolve persistent issues. In most web browsers, you can open a dialog to clear browsing data by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (macOS).
Use Private Browsing Mode:
You've mentioned trying an InPrivate window, which is a good step. Continue with this method as it helps avoid issues related to cached data.
Check HP Instant Ink Server Status:
It's possible that the HP Instant Ink services are experiencing downtime. Check HP's support page or contact HP support to see if there are any known issues with their services.
I hope this helps.
