Microsoft Windows 11

My ink started running out quickly as a result of a faulty install (my fault this bit, but I managed to fix it without any damage)

However, HP as not sent me any ink in over 2 years now as my account says I've not printed enough to warrant a new set being sent. I can't print as I have no ink!

I have tried MANY times to alter my HP bill, request more cartridges and even cancel the entire thing...none of which has worked. I have just wasted 2 hours trying to figure out how to 'Open a case' only to be sent in circles to the virtual assistant. I've even been locked out of my account several times due to 'password issues' and other random reasons. I've paid £9.99 a month for 2 years for NOTHING! And no support from HP despite countless requests to change things around, every time I come back to this I get told no requests were made and then I get locked out of my account and have to do an entire password reset.

I need to talk to someone and get some ink sent AND look at some sort of compensation.
