Not being sent ink

Hi, my black ink cartridge is completely empty I have done all the checks etc and I can confirm it is definitely empty. HP instant ink haven’t sent me any new cartridges in months and when I log into my account, it says there is a cartridge error and They won’t send anymore shipments until the error is resolved, well the error is an empty cartridge so how can I fix the error when I need a new cartridge which they are refusing to send out to me, I’m going in circles. My HP instant ink account also says my printer is offline when it isn’t as I can connect to it from all my devices. Please can someone help me, as I have lots of work I need to print, at this rate I’m going to have to cancel everything with HP instant ink and buy My own cartridges as this is getting Ridiculous now how I can’t use my own printer which I’ve paid a fair bit of money for, including the plan money that HP instant ink are taking from me every month yet they are not providing me with the service they are meant to be!
