I signed up for the paper add-on but have not received the shipments, under the printer info it says this Screenshot 2024-09-07 125952.pngScreenshot 2024-09-07 130004.png

I never got a shipment on 02/23/2023, and I have been signed up for about a year and have not been charged for the paper that has not been shipped.

I would contact billing to credit you for the non receipt of paper.  I had paper add-on and when my printer broke I had to order a new printer (also HP). I was told they would send ink but paper is no longer available. I’ve seen a few replies that state you can only subscribe to paper once. I don’t think that should apply if your HP account is the same and you are only upgrading printers. I ordered subscription paper from staples for every 3 months. You can order more frequently if you need to but that took this issue away from me depending on HP and the reason why they no longer offer paper.  If they (HP) ask me now if I want to add paper to my account at this point, I don’t. It was easier just to go online to staples and order. Hope that helps someone else.
